Apexis Solutions Inc. (“Apexis,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, apexis.ca, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and respond to inquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not track you across other websites.

1. What we collect

  • Correspondence.When you contact us by email, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide so we can reply. That’s the only personal data you actively send us.
  • Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, rough region, device type). This relies on standard log data such as your IP address and user agent.

2. How we use it

We use correspondence solely to respond to you and discuss possible work. We use analytics solely to improve the site. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it.

3. Who processes it

  • Hosting provider. The site is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes standard server request logs and aggregate analytics on our behalf.
  • Email provider. Messages you send us are delivered to our inbox through our email provider.

These providers act as processors on our behalf and under their own terms. We don’t share your data with anyone else.

4. Cookies

The site sets only the minimal cookies required to operate and to measure aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, then remove it when it’s no longer useful. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate.

6. Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@apexis.ca and we will respond promptly.
